What is included in a standard yacht charter?
All our charters come with experienced crew members, essential safety gear, fuel, and complimentary refreshments. Depending on the package — scenic sunset trips may involve upscale beverages and light bites, while business charters may feature meeting amenities and specialized catering services.
How far in advance should I book?
It's advisable to reserve your spot at least 2–3 weeks prior, particularly during the busy period (May–September). For professional gatherings or personal celebratory events, securing your charter 4–6 weeks beforehand is prudent for better vessel selection and to accommodate custom preferences.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Your safety is our foremost concern. Should the weather present a hazard as determined by our skipper, we provide the option to reschedule to a new date or offer a complete refund. Our team keeps a watchful eye on meteorological updates and will reach out if adverse weather is anticipated 24 hours before your departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Certainly, guests may bring their own culinary selections and drinks aboard. However, our bespoke catering service is also available, providing a range of menu options tailored to your tastes. Note that for safety considerations, glass items are not allowed on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to accommodate all our guests' needs. Our fleet includes yachts with varying levels of accessibility features. To ensure we can provide the most convenient option, please discuss your requirements with us upon booking and we will organize appropriate accommodations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations done with more than 72 hours before departure time entitle you to a full refund. If the cancellation occurs between 24 to 72 hours prior to departure, a 50% refund is issued. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time are non-refundable unless due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical malfunctions on our behalf.
